Varun Parekh

Varun graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from India and a Master’s in Advanced Practice (Physiotherapy) from London, UK. A personal experience recovering from a sport injury, combined with a lifelong interest in healthcare, led him to physiotherapy. He has practiced across a wide variety of settings in India, the UK, and Canada — including hospital, acute care, and outpatient — treating musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions. His experience spans post-surgical rehabilitation (joint replacements, arthroscopic surgeries, fractures), spinal conditions, upper and lower limb conditions, and cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation.

A strong believer in exercise therapy and patient education, Varun also draws on modalities and manual therapy, and makes a point of helping patients understand the nature of their injury and the reasoning behind his treatment choices. Whether the goal is injury rehabilitation, pain management, returning to sport or work, or improving fitness and posture, he uses a patient, friendly, and custom approach.
