Welcome to our multidisciplinary clinic, where we are dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services tailored to your needs. Our team includes skilled a nurse practitioner, physical therapists, chronic pain counsellor, and massage therapists who work collaboratively to ensure you receive the highest quality of care.
As a private clinic, we require payment for services rendered. We offer the convenience of direct billing for all physical therapy services and massage therapy services. Please note, however, that our nurse practitioner services do not currently support direct billing.
We are committed to transparent and upfront communication regarding our fees to help you plan your care without any surprises.

Nurse Practitioner Fees
• Our Nurse Practitioner, Nicole Scott, now holds a Ministry of Health contract, allowing NP services to be covered through your provincial health card rather than private fees. Form fees continue to apply.
• Should a new NP join our team, standard service fees may resume for the new NP, if or until a Ministry contract is secured, which is why these fees remain posted.

A specialized physical therapy assessment for vestibular concerns including but not limited to dizziness, vertigo, and BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo).

A 1 hour private follow up session reserved for clients who had an initial assessment to continue treatment and implementing/adjusting treatment program. This session allows for treatment to one specific body part for an extended time or for when multiple body parts are involved.

Meet & Greet

This appointment is for clients seeking a Primary Care Provider (Family Doctor equivalent). After this visit, you will be considered a Registered Client of our Nurse Practitioner.
During the meet and greet, our Nurse Practitioner takes a detailed health history to understand your medical background, current concerns, and ongoing issues. A medication review and renewal are completed, followed by a comprehensive physical assessment, including vital signs, neurological function, and overall well-being.
This initial appointment lays the foundation for a collaborative, patient-centered relationship focused on optimizing your health and supporting your well-being.
Follow Up – Simple
$50.00 : 15 min.
Follow-up appointments are intended for the ongoing management of health concerns that have already been discussed with your provider. These visits focus on monitoring your progress, reviewing results, and managing medications.
Please note: New medical issues cannot be addressed during a follow-up appointment. These visits are conducted in person to ensure comprehensive care and continuity.
Phone Follow Up
$50.00 : 15 min.
This phone appointment is for registered clients with ongoing health questions, follow-up or further management of a single concern, or a prescription renewal. Please note that only one renewal of the same medication can be provided; additional renewals require an in-clinic visit.
Important: For any urgent, critical, or emergent results, the Nurse Practitioner will contact you directly to discuss a plan of care, without the need for an appointment.

PAP Exam

During your pap exam with our nurse practitioner, expect a professional and comfortable experience focused on your reproductive health. Our nurse practitioner will guide you through the process with care and sensitivity, ensuring your comfort and privacy throughout. The exam involves a gentle and thorough examination of your cervix to screen for cervical cancer and detect any abnormalities. Our nurse practitioner will explain each step of the procedure, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you feel informed and empowered throughout the appointment.
Replacement IUD Consultation

This brief in-person appointment is for registered clients seeking a replacement IUD. During the visit, our Nurse Practitioner will review your IUD options, discuss the insertion procedure, and provide guidance to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
Physical Assessment with Form Completion

For a physical evaluation for driving licensing purposes with SGI (Saskatchewan Government Insurance) or requested by your workplace, our clinic provides comprehensive assessments and necessary documentation to support your licensing requirements.
Our healthcare professionals conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments tailored specifically to SGI’s standards and guidelines for driving eligibility. We ensure all necessary forms are completed accurately and efficiently to facilitate the licensing process.
Immediate Care Visit (Same Day)

Ideal for addressing short-term or urgent health concerns. You can book this type of visit for issues such as sore throat, urinary tract infections, fever, minor injuries or sprains, and skin concerns. Episodic care is also available for sexual health questions and prescription renewals.
These appointments focus on timely assessment, treatment, and guidance to help you feel better quickly and get back to your daily routine.
Follow Up – Extended

Follow-up visits are designed for ongoing management of health concerns that have already been discussed with your provider. These appointments focus on monitoring progress, reviewing test results, and managing medications.
Please note: New medical concerns will not be addressed during this type of appointment. Follow-ups are conducted in person to ensure thorough assessment and continuity of care.

Comprehensive Health Care Visit
$170.00 : 60 min.
This in-person appointment is for registered clients who require ongoing management of more complex health concerns or have multiple issues to address. During the visit, our Nurse Practitioner will conduct a complete health review and physical assessment, provide mental health consultation and management, and support chronic disease management, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, COPD, or obesity. Women’s health concerns can also be addressed.
Your medical history, medications, and current health issues will be thoroughly reviewed, and a coordinated plan of care will be developed to support your overall well-being.
Contraceptive Management / IUD Consultation

This in-person appointment is for registered clients seeking guidance on contraceptive options or considering an IUD. During the visit, our Nurse Practitioner will review and discuss the full range of contraceptive methods, including IUD options, and provide personalized recommendations based on your health, lifestyle, and preferences.
For clients choosing an IUD, the appointment includes a discussion of the insertion procedure, potential side effects, and aftercare instructions to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. This consultation is designed to provide you with the information and support you need to make informed decisions about your reproductive health.
Simple Procedures

This in-person appointment is for registered clients requiring minor medical procedures. Services include ear irrigation, suturing of simple lacerations, suture or staple removals, wart treatments, and removal of skin lesions or moles (biopsy included, excluding facial lesions).
These appointments focus on safe, efficient, and comfortable care for minor procedures in a clinical setting.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage focuses on specific treatments for the athletes needs and presented concerns. Treatments are often collaboratively created with focus on prevention of injury and early intervention upon injury occurrence. Sports massage uses combined modalities of MFR, deep tissue, lymph drainage and range of motion to encourage overall musculoskeletal and joint health. Sports massage is designed to meet each athletes needs, tailoring the massage to achieve desired outcomes to assist with continuation of the client’s sport.
Pre-Natal Massage

Prenatal Massage provides care for women during and after pregnancy. Techniques are modified to account for the changes that occur throughout pregnancy. Specialized pillows are used, allowing women to lay prone (on stomach) when necessary, as well as semi fowlers (sitting position). Treatments are modified and aim to alleviate discomfort during the duration of your pregnancy. Special care is also taken to ensure mom and babies safety.
No additional costs for Pregnancy Massage.
Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is commonly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, in particular strains and sports injuries. This therapeutic technique can be altered to treat patients with chronic injuries as well as functional restrictions. Implementing Deep Tissue Massage within treatments, clients experience relief of pain and regain functional range of motion.
RAPID + Massage

RAPID NeuroFascial Reset is a neurologically based, active therapeutic technique used by our Registered Massage Therapists to help address tension, restriction, and pain within the body by focusing on the central nervous system’s role in movement and function. RAPID is an evidence-informed manual therapy approach designed to support improved mobility, reduce discomfort, and restore functional movement. RAPID may be helpful in the treatment of a variety of conditions, including headaches/migraines, back pain, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee pain, tennis/golfer’s elbow, TMJ dysfunction, frozen shoulder, bursitis, bunions, and arthritic joint discomfort.
Cupping Massage
*Cupping massage can be added/applied to any of the above massages, an additional $10.00 is applied to the pricing.
Cupping Massage can be used as a form of deep-tissue massage. The cups are moved across the skin, breaking up scar tissue and toxins. Cupping Massage can help with pain relief, healing and well-being.

This appointment is intended for returning chiropractic patients who have not been seen at Haas Health within the past year or who are returning with a new concern requiring a more comprehensive reassessment. The appointment focuses on reviewing your updated health history, current symptoms, movement patterns, and overall function.
This visit includes a detailed discussion of your symptoms and goals, as well as a physical assessment to help guide an evidence-informed treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.
