Shantel Findlay

Shantel joined the Haas Health team in 2026, bringing more than 30 years of administrative and customer service experience. She completed her Office Education Diploma in 1990 and has spent her career helping people, building relationships, and creating positive experiences for those she serves.

One of Shantel’s favorite parts of working at Haas Health is the opportunity to combine her compassion and helpful nature with meaningful patient interactions. She enjoys welcoming patients to the clinic, helping them navigate their appointments, and bringing a smile—or even a laugh—to their day whenever she can.

Outside of work, Shantel enjoys spending time outdoors and has a passion for flowers and gardening. She has been married for 21 years and is the proud mother of two daughters who keep her busy, along with the family’s rescue puppy, Cherry. When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll often find her spending time with family, playing games, watching movies, experimenting with new recipes, or working on her latest crafting project.
