Located on Rochdale Boulevard in northwest Regina, our Rochdale clinic is where Haas Health began. Founded by physical therapist Jannah Haas, this location has grown into a multidisciplinary wellness space that serves patients from across the city.
Inside, you’ll find a calm, welcoming reception, private treatment rooms, dedicated rehab space, and a team of physical therapists, massage therapists, a nurse practitioner, and a chronic pain counsellor working together under one roof. Every appointment starts the same way: with us listening to you. Every treatment plan is built around your body, your goals, and your life.

By car: We’re located on Rochdale Boulevard in northwest Regina, with free on-site parking directly in front of the clinic.
From downtown Regina: Head north on Albert Street, then west on Rochdale Boulevard. Approximately 12 minutes.
From the Trans-Canada Highway: Take the Lewvan Drive exit north, then east on Rochdale Boulevard. Approximately 8 minutes.
Accessibility: Ground-floor entrance, wheelchair-accessible washroom, and accessible treatment rooms.
