Biography

Jannah believes in a holistic, systematic approach to overall health and wellness, grounded in the idea that the body is forever interconnected. She strives to empower clients by sharing the tools to not only feel and move better, but to stay feeling better — viewing balance within the body as the key building block for regaining and improving mobility and function. Proactive health and self-care matter to her as much as rehabilitation after an injury. Client engagement, with the client as an active participant in their own recovery, is of the utmost importance to her.

She graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with distinction in 2008 and began her career at St. Peter’s Hospital in Melville, SK. Over her first 10 years she worked alongside a multi-disciplinary team of physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare providers, treating a wide range of conditions including musculoskeletal, post-operative, geriatric, cardiorespiratory, and neurological cases. She offers Pelvic Floor Therapy out of the Emerald Park and Rochdale locations.
